Summary: The elevator is out of service and was not listed on the website - if not for the wonderful front desk person who helped us get our bicycles to our room on the second floor, I would be incensed that the room fee was non refundable. I had to carry our luggage obviously as well up a flight of steps to get to the room. Hotels should be upfront with this website about such difficulties.
